This mooring is located between Thorpe Waterville & Wadenhoe.
Is is a great mooring which can become very busy in the height of season.
There is a picnic bench and fireput on this site.
Coming downstream once you have passed through Thorpe Waterville bridge the river has two bends followed by a fairly straight section.
The mooring is on the left at the point where the weir above Titchmarsh Lock returns to the main river.
The mooring is on both the main river and the backwater, creating an island.
There is foot access via the A605.
There is no road access to this mooring. However there is a lovely pathway, which will take you into the village,
These is a chip shop and convenience store.

This mooring is part of a working farm and so we ask that you do not allow your children or animals to wander, especially when machinery is in use.
As per our signs there is no Camping, Ground Fires, Loud Music or Fishing.
All Members using this mooring do so at their own risk.
