This mooring is at the Rushden Lakes Shopping complex.
Coming downstream, once you have navigated the only radial lock on the river (Ditchford Lock), the mooring is located on the right after two bends.
You will see a "Slow Moored Boats" Sign before the mooring.
It has access to shops, restaurants, cinemas, and there is road access via the A45.
Please note - when mooring up all boats must be moored bow to stern and cannot be double breasted.
There is a designated path from the mooring that is clearly sign-posted and is the only one to be used.
This is a Wildlife Trust area so there is strictly no camping, loud music or ground fires permitted.
All Members using this mooring do so at their own risk.
Only Moor Between The Signs.
Remember to use your mooring pins on all of the Friends of the River Nene mooring sites and when you leave, kindly leave the site tidy and take your rubbish home.
